This privacy policy is intended for Users of the website https://ipschool.pl/pl/ operated by
Construction and Education Services Sp. z o. o. (KRS: 0000570023) with its registered office in
Wrocław (53-312), ul. Drukarska 52. The privacy policy regulates issues related to the
processing of personal data in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU)
2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of
natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of
such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU. L.
of 2016, No. 119, p. 1, as amended ) , hereinafter referred to as “GDPR “.
I. Personal data administrator and Data Protection Inspector.
The administrator of personal data is Construction and Education Services Sp. z o. o. (KRS:
0000570023) with its registered office in Wrocław (53-312), ul. Drukarska 52. The Administrator
has appointed a Data Protection Inspector who can be contacted in all matters related to the
processing of personal data via e-mail: iod. ips@dpag.pl . _ The Administrator is the
Managing Authority within the meaning of the Act of December 14, 2016 Education Law:

  1. Private Kindergarten “International Playschool “, at ul. Drukarska 52, 53-312 Wrocław;
  2. Non-public Primary School “International Primary School”, at ul. Drukarska 52, 53-312
    Wrocław;
  3. Private International Bilingual Secondary School “IPS UPPER SECONDARY”, ul.
    Powstańców Śląskich 15-17, 53-329 Wrocław.
    II. Scope of collected data.
    Via the contact form on the Administrator’s website, personal data such as name, surname, e-
    mail address, telephone number and other data voluntarily provided in the message window
    may be provided. Additionally, through a survey on the website, the Administrator collects
    personal data necessary as part of recruitment processes for educational entities of which it is
    the managing body. The survey includes information such as contact details, teaching data,
    medical data, and data about parents/legal guardians.
    III. Data source.
    Personal data is provided to the Administrator by the website User – personal data collected
    from the data subject. Personal data regarding children are provided by their parents/legal
    guardians.
    IV. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data.
    Personal data may be processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:
  4. performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the
    request of the data subject before concluding the contract, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1
    letter b) GDPR;
  5. carry out the School’s recruitment and inform you about its results, pursuant to Art. 6
    section 1 letter c) GDPR in connection with the Act of December 14, 2016 Education
    Law;
  6. ensuring appropriate care for students, pursuant to Art. 9 section 2 letter h) GDPR;
  7. handling submitted inquiries via the contact form , which constitutes a legally justified
    interest pursued by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
    V. Obligation or voluntariness to provide data
    Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form operated by the
    Administrator. Providing personal data as part of the recruitment process is voluntary, but
    failure to provide them will result in the inability to apply for admission to the School.
    VI. Rights arising from the GDPR regarding processed data
  8. access to data and receiving a copy thereof (Article 15 of the GDPR);
  9. rectification or correction of data (Article 16 of the GDPR);
  10. deletion of data (Article 17 of the GDPR);
  11. restriction of processing (18 GDPR);
  12. objecting to the processing of personal data (Article 21 of the GDPR);
  13. submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2,
    00-193 Warsaw) in connection with irregularities in the processing of personal data.
    VII. Recipients of your personal data
    Personal data may be transferred to: external entities providing services to the Administrator,
    in particular in the field of e-mail hosting, IT services, entities and bodies to which the
    Administrator is obliged to share data on the basis of generally applicable legal provisions.
    VIII. Data storage time
    Personal data will be processed for the duration of:
  14. until the processing of the submitted inquiry via the contact form run by the Administrator
    is completed;
  15. until the recruitment process is completed.
    IX. Transferring data to a third country or international organization
    Personal data will generally not be transferred outside the European Economic Area
    (hereinafter: EEA). However, taking into account the services provided by the Administrator’s
    subcontractors in the implementation of support for ICT services and IT infrastructure, the
    Administrator may outsource specific IT activities or tasks to recognized subcontractors
    operating outside the EEA. This may result in your data being transferred outside the EEA.
    Individual countries outside the EEA in whose territory your personal data will be processed,
    in accordance with the decision of the European Commission, ensure an adequate level of
    data protection (in accordance with EEA standards).

X. Profiling

No decisions will be made regarding you or your child based solely on automated processing,
including in the form of profiling.

XI. Cookies _

  1. The Administrator’s website uses cookies .
  2. Cookies (so-called ” cookies “) are IT data in the form of small text files that are sent by
    the server and saved on the User’s end device (e.g. on the computer’s hard drive or in the
    smartphone’s memory ) and are intended for using websites. . Cookies usually contain the
    name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique
    number.

    Administrator has no influence on.

    telecommunications end device, including Cookies . Users can define the conditions for
    the use of cookies using the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can,

    ability to save Cookies – in the latter case, however, it may affect some functionalities of
    the websites.

    CA 94043, USA). These services help the Administrator analyze traffic on the Website.
    The data collected is processed as part of the above services in an anonymized manner
    (these are so-called operational data that make it impossible to identify a person) to
    generate statistics helpful in administering the Website. These data are aggregated and
    anonymous, i.e. they do not contain identifying features (personal data) of persons visiting
    the Website. Using the above services on the Website, the Administrator collects data such
    as the sources and medium of obtaining visitors to the Website and how they behave on
    the Website, information about the devices and browsers from which they visit the
    website, IP and domain, geographical data and demographic data (age , gender) and
    interests.
